Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) is a versatile and affordable engineered wood product made from wood fibers, wax, and resin. It offers a flat and smooth surface, consistent texture, and moderate moisture resistance, making it ideal for furniture making, molding, interior design elements, and flooring underlayment.

Interior Grade

MDF INT

Interior grade MDF is a wood panel material made from natural wood fibers, resins, and heat that can be used in a variety of interior applications.

It’s a good choice for dry interior spaces in both residential and commercial settings because of its stability, bonding strength, and easy machinability.

Exterior Grade

MDF EXT

Exterior grade Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is a type of MDF that’s designed to withstand outdoor elements like moisture, humidity, and temperature changes. It’s made with high-quality wood fibers, water-resistant resins, and additives that are combined under high heat and pressure. Exterior grade MDF is more durable than regular MDF because it’s denser and stronger, and it’s also resistant to moisture, termites, and fungus. It’s often colored pink to differentiate it from other grades.

HDF

High-Density Fiberboard (HDF) is a manufactured wood product that’s made from compressed wood fibers, resin, and wax. It’s known for being hard, durable, and stable, and is often used for flooring, cabinetry, and furniture.
